Loneliest on Earth

Alone.

Sounds scary doesn't it? It may feel scary at first, but it's not that frightening once you get used to it. HOWEVER - in some cases, not entirely healthy. What I mean by that is that it's okay to not be in a relationship, commited to someone or even be alone for a while. It's not okay to run away and live on an imaginary island with nothing and no-one around; continuously blocking everyone that care about you deeply (even when you do it subconsciously): family, friends, etc... It's okay to run away sometimes, for a little while, in order to come back recharged, full of energy and ready to seize the day. But if you don't want to come back at all and you won't let anyone come near the "island" of yours, then there's a high chance that you'll end up like Chuck Nolan from "Cast away" - befriending your own Wilson the volleyball.

Let me explain. We, humans, are born to stick around each other, to communicate... Without each other we go literally MAD. Chuck's mind couldn't handle being completely alone so he created someone to talk to, he even imagined that the volleyball said something back to him and that he can have a full conversation with it. Also, He gave the volleyball feelings - He said sorry to the volleyball after screaming at it because he felt like it was sad; Chuck cried when he lost the volleyball because he felt like he had lost a friend and that the volleyball is frightened being completely alone... As You can see, we must have someone to talk to in order to keep our sanity. Companionship is a necessity whether we like it or not. No matter how badly introverted a person might seem, but at the end of the day he still feels the need to talk to his family about anything, craves to find out what they're up to or to even chat with someone who shares the same hobby.

Next time you feel something on your mind or heart, please don't be shy or afraid and find someone to share your thoughts and worries with. It can be a friend, family member, psychologist, etc. Writing your thoughts down also helps to improve your psychological well-being! I HIGHLY suggest to everyone to start writing diaries - get a notebook that looks appealing to you, get a pencil, pen, marker, something to write with and let your thoughts flow.

Cherish Your Existance,

Always,
